4 in 1 Educational CD Teaching Resource

The following resources have been developed for Lecturers at Australian TAFEs and Universities. The PowerPoint presentions are designed for lecturers to incorporate into their teaching program, and can be requested by teaching staff using the form at the bottom of this web page.

 

TheTimber Truss Installation and Introduction to Timber Construction components utilise an integrated PowerPoint and video presentation which provides an extremely detailed, logical, informative and highly visual format.  All aspects of roof truss installation and timber framed construction are covered - including multi residential timber framed construction (MRTFC).

 

TheInternal Timber Fitout component covers: timber basics, the visual palette, timber flooring, internal lining, furniture & joinery, windows & stairs, architectural structures and a detailed glossary.  It utilises seven PowerPoint presentations and accompanying detailed Word documents, 115 pages in all.

 

The Timber and ESD component examines in detail Ecologically Sustainable Development and timber construction.  It includes 5 highly visual PowerPoint presentations and accompanying detailed Word documents, 95 pages, covering: ESD imperatives, timber & sustainable building design, timber as a sustainable material and ESD forests and forestry.

 

This resource can only be mailed free of charge to lecturers in Australian TAFEs and Universities.
